Elegant, sleek, feminine....a head piece for any occasion. Red petals adorning the hat base have been hand cut, each hand manipulated to shape & individually teased and fringed on the sides. The stunning Guipure lace feature hand cut, fabric stiffened then hand stitched into place. direction with two feather Ostrich quills. The hat base hand millinery blocked, wired, padded and finished with a machine sewn black satin underside finish. The outer sides of the hat base has been adorned with machine sewn same matching fabric, as in the red sculptured petals...then finished with beautiful embroidery trim. Mini wire comb on the underside along with sturdy black elastic to easily hold into place. Ready to ship & Ready to wear. A gorgeous piece to get noticed in. No returns
