Jennifer designed,cut and crafted the base to suit the size of her feathers.She made a feather mount of pheasant ,natural,spotted,cerise and magenta feathers.Jennifer trimmed 6 of the pheasant feathers and left 5 natural.She finished off this Unique fascinator with a bronze vintage brooch.She covered an 1/2 “wide headband with satin that blended in with the feathers
