I've got my basic skill of millinery by self studying it. In 2013 I decided to enroll to the course "Introduction to Millinery" taught by Chloe Scrivener. That course gave me boost and willigness to study further.
After that I have continued studying myself and looking for suitable course until I found Kensignton and Chelsea College and wide variety of courses. First one was with Harvy Santos between September 2016 till April 2017 and got Level 2 in Millinery.
Then I go further and enroll to the Higher National Cerificate (HNC) in Millinery where have been tought by world-known milliners and tutors: Sarah Cant, Sophie Beale, Jo Miller and Ian Bennett and completed it in July 2017.
Upon return to Estonia in September 2017 I established my millinery business and market my products under the labels - "Irina Bluebird" and "Custom Hair Accessories". Both labels are registered trademarks.
The originality of "Irina Bluebird" and "Custom Hair Accessories" labels stand in using assorted craft techniques and elements in trimmings. It is a known fact that handmade products have a soul inside them. My couture range is fully handcrafted starting from blocking shapes. I amuse challenging new techniques and to evolve persistently new trendy accessories.
