Her millinery style infuses modernity and influences from the past, resulting in elegant, contemporary, and quirky pieces of luxurious quality. Olivia Rose hats are often ornate, contain dynamic curves, dramatic structures, sophisticated asymmetrical lines and eye delighting colour pallets. Predominant shapes include: crowns, headbands, perchers, turbans, visors and boaters, in addition to free form parisisal and felt hats, and pillbox fascinators in an array of forms.

Olivia Rose Millinery won Newmarket's first ever "Best Millinery Award" in 2019, Palma Hat Week's "Best Hat" award in 2019 and "3rd Place" award in 2020. Her hats have also featured at London Hat Week's Exhibitions, where in 2019 one of her pieces were shortlisted to feature at the press preview party in Pinko's flagship store on Regent Street.
