Jennifer designed hand cut and stitched this fascinator.She made the base from vintage black lace over pink satin. She used black crinoline to make a shell shape surround to give height around the base and added pink feathers.Any Colour Feathers can be added.She finished this unique design with rhinestone embellishment.The fascinator is attached to a black covered headband. This stunning black crinoline and feather fascinator is a statement piece which would finish off an outfit for the races,festival or special occasion.As with all my headpieces I have stitched not glued to a high quality finish
