Pastel Pink Boater with Crinoline Bow and Band

This lovely boater hat is made from a pale pink sisal straw. Crinoline has been custom dyed in shades of pink. It has been pleated for the hat band and also has a knotted layered bow detail. It measures 18 1/2" in diameter with a 4 1/2" brim. The crown is 3 1/2" tall. It will fit a 22" size head.
